A trip to the Marietas Islands raises practical questions. Here is how to reach us, plus what details help us reply quickly.
- This site compares 30 Marietas tours across four categories, from catamaran cruises out of Puerto Vallarta to small-group boats leaving Punta de Mita. Tell us your departure point and travel dates, and we can point you toward the listings that fit best.
- Twenty-one of the tours publish a from-price, ranging from $67 for a collective snorkel trip out of Punta de Mita to $369 for a private boat booked by the whole group. The other nine show their price only on the live booking page, so ask if you want a current figure for any of those.
- Hidden Beach access is not automatic. Some listings include the landing in the ticket while others sell it as an optional extra with separate park and government fees, and no operator can guarantee entry on the day. We can explain how each tour handles permits before you book.
- Free cancellation applies to every listing on this site. If the terms for a specific tour or date are unclear, ask and we will check them.
- Durations vary widely, from a 2 hour 20 minute private snorkel trip out of Punta de Mita to full-day catamaran cruises of up to nine hours from Puerto Vallarta. If your schedule is tight, tell us your window and we can narrow the options down.
Write to info@marietasislandstours.org with your dates, group size and departure town, and we will suggest tours that match.
For park rules, Hidden Beach caps and closure days, CONANP, which manages the national park, can be reached at imarietas@conanp.gob.mx.
What To Ask Before You Book Hidden Beach
Ask about differences between operators, what each price includes, port and government fees, or whether a tour departs from Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta or Punta de Mita. If your question concerns park access rather than a booking, we will say so rather than guess an answer.
